Missions and Outreach

It is often assumed that missions means going to a third world country. This is true, but missions can also be here in the United States, or even in your own community. IVCF has several programs to suffice for all areas of missions. We as a chapter have different events throughout the year where we will go on campus or out in the community and serve others. Also, over spring break, we travel to Tacoma Washington to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. This is always an awesome experience working with great people building a house. InterVarsity USA also offers several spring break and summer global projects. Here in Montana, the popular trip is the Kenya Global Project because the project directors are Brian and Deb Lee from the University of Montana. Therefore, Montana students' applications get priority for this trip. Several other global projects are also available. Check out the links at right for more details.
