Prayer

Every weekday, we meet in Danforth Chapel at noon for prayer. We use this time to give God the Father praise, worship, and thanksgiving; to give our worries and struggles to Him; to pray for each other, our campus, and our world; and to receive strength and guidance from the Lord. Prayer is a vital component in our relationship with the Father. It is our open door into the throne room of God, the Holy of Holies, to come before the Creator of the universe as His children, whom He greatly cares for. Praying together as a group for eachother and for God's mission in the world unifies us as the body of Christ. This is why we feel group prayer meetings are so important. So come to any of our prayer meetings and join us as we humbly and boldly approach the throne of God.

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:6-7
